EA Origin Installer Not Working

This all started after receiving error code 20:99 while trying to update Apex Legends when EA Origin was installed on my computer. I kept running into this issue so I uninstalled both the free antivirus software I was using and EA Origin. However, the installer won't even download now! I can't find out what the issue is and I've been trying to fix this issue for around 4 days now. Any help will be amazing. The file attached is the issue that pops up everytime I try to use the EA Origin download link for Origin Installer.
