I am having a nightmare here, I am simply trying to ask a question or two and have now been trying for nearly three hours to do so, I have what seems to be the misfortune to live in Hong Kong where EA assumes EVERYONE speaks and reads ONLY chinese, so no there are no options for me to contact anyone here and no way for me to tell even HOW to do so, this is frankly the most convoluted and archaic means of help I have discovered on any Games site, its absurd, my questions re very very simple and NO your answers doesnt cover them and no I cant work out how to send themt o someone so I am here trying to get ANYONES attention to actually contact and help me...irritated doesnt even begin to cover it

If you set your location to England or US at the front page of the help side you should get contact options in English. (Remember the different business hours)
