EA Banned My Account, I tried disputing it, NO ANSWER

So EA decided to ban my origin account. They did not tell me why, they just did. So I created a case with them. It has been over two weeks now, and NO response. What should I do now? They said it would take five business days, and it has been WAY more than five business days. I play sims on youtube and get paid for it, so they are messing with my livelihood. Anyone know what else I can do? There is no way to call them for banned or suspended accounts.

I’m also giving the steps to contact ToS team:

 

  1. Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
  2. Select Origin as the product.
  3. Select your platform.
  4. Select “Manage my account” as the topic.
  5. Select “Banned or suspended account” as the issue.
  6. Compose a new massage to ToS team.
  7. The ToS team will investigate your account in few days.
