EA Account locked and cant use Online-Features

Hello,

today my account was banned from the Online-Features from BF4 , BF1 and BF5.. why??

i play today BF5 with origin access basic and than i did the the graphiccard update

just updatet my graphiccard drivers and after this i was banned.

and after this it shows me that the account is banned for the Online-features.. Help me

I have this same problem, let me know if you find a fix. I contacted Support and they just told me to repair the game which didn't work at all
