Downloads stuck In Que or Paused

Downloads stuck in Que or Paused. Madden 19 update won't download. I Purchased NFS The Run and it just wont download either? No button to Unpause Downloads?!?!?! Please help, why is this happening?

For the one you already have installed, try verifying your files. Usually that will start the update. For the other, try signing out and back into Origin and see if it will finally let you download. Before you do any of the things I suggested, you will also want to run origin as admin. Right click the Origin icon and select run as administrator and add Origin to your virus program and firewall exception list, if you have not already done so.
