Downloading Sims?

A while ago, I purchased Sims4 for PC. I tried to install it on my laptop but it was able to store or run the programme. Now I have a PC, how can I get the game onto the computer without having to buy the whole game again?

Download, install and run the Origin game client software: 

https://www.origin.com/irl/en-us/store/download

Then log in with the EA account the game was purchased on.

At that point you will be able to download, install and play your games.
