Double-Charged for Dine Out instead of Spooky Stuff

Hi,

 

I was trying to download the Spooky Stuff and Vampires packs (the only ones I don't own), so I added them to my cart, paid, and then saw I was charged for Dine Out, which I already own.

 

I went to the EA Help site, but the refund page won't load, and neither will the contact page.

@ln62086 Sorry to see that you are having issues, can you try disabling any extensions or add-ons you may have installed in your browser and also disable your anti-virus and then try loading the page again. It can also help to load Origin.com in a private or incognito window when you see this issue.

 

Once you have the page loaded you can contact our live support at help.ea.com.
