Double Charged and Banned

Hello, I bought sims 4 supernatural on 1/27/21. I was charged twice for it on paypal, so I disputed one of the charges.  EA then banned by account and I cannot get into origin and play any of my games. I have every single sims game and packs. I have placed 4 tickets, called, and did live chat to no avail. I NEED HELP. Can anyone provide me guidance or have a contact? This is robbery. Are they going to refund me for all the games I lost. Why is it so hard to un-ban an account. I've posted on their instagram and facebook.

Please follow these steps http://bit.ly/ContactAccountDisputes to have this investigated. If you've already raised a case to the Terms of Service team on this issue and they've declined to overturn the sanction there is nothing further that can be done, the Terms of Service team have the final say on these matters.

We cannot assist with a banned account in any way over AHQ.
