My download keep restarting at 38% and its just won't stop. please help

Hey @Lvp8906 can you try updating your Origin client to the latest Beta version (top left Origin menu, Application Settings - General) and then enable Safe mode Downloading (Application Settings - Advanced).

if its vc redist u cant install 2015 with 2017 installed
