DLC finalization stuck at 0% [ Edited ]

I recently tried reinstalling mass effect 3 and the game fully installed but all the dlc gets stuck at finalization and resetting the progress to 0%. I can't cancel the current dlc download, but I can manually cancel it if I try downloading another dlc, but then the new dlc install with follow the same problem as well.

Let's see if we can get your DLC downloads for Mass Effect working again. 

A good first tip is clearing Origin's cache, just in case there are some cached files causing this. Could you give it a try and let me know if anything changes?

The support ticket number doesn't seem one of ours (ours just have a bunch of numbers in it without letters), where did you file a support ticket?

Hey @OnlyLyricsNow, a download getting stuck at such a point generally points to something on your system stopping it from running or completing, as such can you ensure that you are running Origin as administrator and that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the router's firewall to see if it helps with the download finalizing.
