Can I ask you to check your systems date and time and ensure they are correct?
If you add the card on the Origin website do you have the same issue?

Yea, I had the same issue too but then I realized that all you need to do is exit fullscreen. If you go into windowed mode the other options will appear.

I was also having the same bug but i realised all u had to do was scroll the mini purchase window all the way down before clicking the expiration year dropdown when it's at the top of the small window and it will show all the years top-down rather than showing bottom-up and seeing only half the options

i solved it by a funny way.. just highlight first date which is 2026 then just press up arrow twice for 2024 or three times for 2023 then press enter you will find your chosen date entered correctly.. that's it
