Well basically im on Fut Champs, I’ve just went 4-0 up on this guy who paused the game as soon as I scored (probably to quit) I’ve hit resume game but he has turned off his console clearly after he accidentally clicked resume as well now my game is frozen on the “resuming game” message but If I leave it’s gonna count as a loss

this is the message I sent to the EA Help adviser is spoke to who then told me to send it in here with the case number

Sorry to say @sharkie97 but there is nothing that we can do in instances such as this. If your game is freezing then the best thing to do is let us know on what platform you are playing so that we can provide you with the relevant troubleshooting steps.
