After playing Cottage Living once, I tried to play Sims 4 again and now have a clear tile that is not displaying my game. Sims 4 is the only one that is not displaying in my Game Library. I can click on the clear tile, but there is no content within it.

@komadi14 If you open Origin, then launch Sims 4 from its .app (either in Applications or Users > your username > Applications), does it work? If not, do you happen to have an EA Play subscription?
You can also try doing a clean uninstall and reinstall of Origin:

@komadi14 Do you have a Mac? If so, please run the Origin reset tool for macOS:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/origin/origin/how-to-reset-origin-on-mac/
Restart your computer, and see whether the Sims 4 info is back.
If it isn't, please disable the "technical preview" (beta) version of Origin: hover over your username, select Application Settings, and under Application (the first header), scroll down to Client update and disable the option to participate in technical previews. Then quit Origin, run the reset tool again, restart your computer again, and test.

I have a Mac and followed all the steps you listed. Still no dice, but thanks for the attempt.
