Last week I tried to buy the latest Sims pack, noticed after I bought it I was charged for an additional 4 packs that I already own. I contacted customer support chat and was granted a refund for the 4 repeat purchases and was told it would be returned in 5 working days to my paypal. It's been over a week and I've tried to reestablish the chat with no luck. Does anyone have an experience the refund process and could shed some light on how long I might be waiting or what to do if the chat option never comes back. Or why the chat option is no longer available in the first place?
