Change email address for child account

I have a child account for my son. We can't login online because we can't remember the email used to sign him up. Looking at details in game I see my email address as i'm the parent.

When logging into the Origin client in windows with his ID there are no user details available. We can't find anywhere to tell us the email address used to sign him up.

If the parent email is the one used then this makes no sense as this is linked to my origin account and thus can't be used to sign in online for my son. You can't use an ID to login online anymore. Despite some articles saying you can in the help pages.

Is it possible to sign in online for a child account and change the email address?

If you have problem with your account as mail problem, EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.

You need an Advisor to look this with you. Contact with an EA Game Advisor as below:
