[BUG]New FIFA18 19 EA PLAY user can't add game to library

@CrezyBBG I don't think they have any solution now. @EA_Darko, let us know once EA fix the issue, I have refunded my subscription.

I can't refund my subscription. I paid to EA just for playing The Journey. I've contacted to a EA helper and still can't fix the problem we all facing. Come on EA, doing something!!

Okey boys, so I found a solution to the problem. EA Support says not to use the VPN, which is what I did. I tried a few countries but still the same error.I try one more time with UK country on  vpn and it worked! I have a game in my library!

Check with yourselves whether it works.

@OnFireSpeaR nice work. I never use vpn before, but I tried your solution connecting vpn to UK and am able to add those 2 games to library.

@OnFireSpeaR No właśnie ja mam polski ,bo dodałem do biblioteki z vpn'a z UK i po dodaniu się rozłączyłem ,i miałem do wyboru Polski (instalowałem z własnego ip a dodałem do biblioteki z vpn).
