Cant see my friends online

After some time without using origin, i decided to buy some new games to play with friends, thing is, i cant invite my friends to the games, because they are always offline, but i know they are online, they also cant invite me to games like Dead Space 3, Dragon Age inquisition, the fact that they are offline for me seems to avoid my client from receiving invitations, i play on pc and i have already tried every solution in the other topics related to this problem.
