@EA_Darko I tried one last thing... I connected via a hotspot on my mobile phone through 4G and the purchase went through.
Great Success!
It's got to be something with my Fiber home line internet service provider.
Thanks for your efforts. I'll be sure to post on their page. I hope this helps anyone else out there.
Thank you again!

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @FLINGS-ZA.
The best thing to do is take a couple of minutes to go through the steps suggested in this thread: https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-General-Questions/Unable-to-purchase-games-on-origin-true-amp-needClear...
Let me know how you get on.

Thanks for coming back to me so soon. Unfortunately I have tried all steps.
1: Reset payment options - Marked as primary - I can purchase other games and I have Origin Access basic activated.
2: Cleared Origin cache
3: Cleared Browser cache
4: Set all countries and options where I could change my location to South Africa
5: Rebooted pc and restarted the game a few times
6: No VPN or Proxy running
7: Followed all instructions listed from a few different threads
I've tried to purchase from in game and then from origin directly and still gives the same error.

Can you try making the purchase from origin.com @FLINGS-ZA to see if you see the same error?
Generally, when this issue occurs it is something small which is stopping it and the more info we have. I tested just there and was able to make a purchase without issue so it's most likely some setting on your account profile or system that is causing the issue. It's no harm disabling your anti-virus and firewall and then trying the purchase again.

Sorry for not suggesting that earlier @FLINGS-ZA. I think that I actually had written it in one of my responses above and when I refreshed the page and rewrote the post forgot to put it in.
Glad to hear that you were able to narrow the cause of the issue down.
