Cant log in to my account

Hi my is jamie I just bought Madden 20 I cannot log into my account to play online I don't have access to the email that's associated with my gamertag but I have a secondary email to link to my account but I cannot get in because I don't know the password to the old email my gamertag is jaystew28 the old email is [edit: email address removed] the new email is [edit: email address removed] my case number is #50011790

Can't log in
