Cant load The Sims 4

Cant seem to load the Sims 4, Once in the game I click on load game and the little green diamond spins around FOREVER and nothing loads, tried again and started a new game, made a family then there are no worlds when it says choose a world to live in. It is completely up to date after downloading the new snowy escapes and new patch to fix all the crashing problems. Not sure what to do to get it to load. HELP PLEASE

@aj29485  Does your computer run Windows or macOS?  Have you tried repairing the game in Origin?  Open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair.
