Cant join my friend on Origin/Sims4

Hi, I can't join my friend's game, and we really want to play together. When I right click on her profile and go to press join game its all grey. May someone please help me? so me and my friend can play together!

@ciennaselina  Sims 4 is a single-player game.  You can't join your friend's game or even watch.  Sorry.

There is a multiplayer mod, if you want to look into it.  But mods aren't officially supported, so be careful, and back up your data beforehand.
