Hello Mr Tom I have tried to send email and talk or contact anyone but no one is replaying on me i bought battlefield one with a Different credit card i got it from european bank i had money in it so i used it to buy the game it accepted at first but it declined after two days i dont know why but i live in bahrain i have a bahrain visa also but this time i used my european visa because i had cash in it so i didnt want it to just hang in the bank and now when ever i try to buy the game again or any game it says

and i even tried to send email to firstname.lastname@example.org but no one replays or send anything please can you see for me what is the reason behind that and why they are not replaying on the coustmers
Tried pre-ordering ME:A and subbing to Origin Access all week but to no avail, I keep getting this * error. Live chat doesn't do * either. I have 3 tickets opened and 0 follow ups.

yeah this problem still exists and my support ticket still remains unanswered. We're coming on the 3 week landmark now.
