Cannot purchase anything on Origin - Whoops! An error occured (Really want B

i have the same exact problem i am 12 years old so i don't know much but i live in america and have tried everything and nothing has worked im just really frustrated 😑

Hello Mr Tom I have tried to send email and talk or contact anyone but no one is replaying on me i bought battlefield one with a Different credit card i got it from european bank i had money in it so i used it to buy the game it accepted at first but it declined after two days i dont know why but i live in bahrain i have a bahrain visa also but this time i used my european visa because i had cash in it so i didnt want it to just hang in the bank and now when ever i try to buy the game again or any game it says

and i even tried to send email to lets_talk@ea.com but no one replays or send anything please can you see for me what is the reason behind that and why they are not replaying on the coustmers

You are a minor so aren't legally allowed to purchase anything. Please consult with your parents, or have them help you out.

Tried pre-ordering ME:A and subbing to Origin Access all week but to no avail, I keep getting this * error. Live chat doesn't do * either. I have 3 tickets opened and 0 follow ups.

In the meantime, please don't re-open or respond to case #29540954 while they investigate for you.

yeah this problem still exists and my support ticket still remains unanswered. We're coming on the 3 week landmark now.

I have created a ticket on tgis and had no response. Waited for hours for chat. As much as ea wants your money by any means necessary you would think that they would fix this.
