Cannot play The Sims 3

13.7. 2019 I bought The Sims 3. I installed the necessary loader Origin, registered the game with the key and installed it. I played until yesterday. Today Origin has been updated and again asks me the key to this game. After entering the key it writes that the key was already used.

I want to play the game I bought. I'm asking for help.

Hey @kubrtson  it sounds like you have logged into the wrong account. If open origin and go to my games do you see sims 3 there?

I have only one account and I opened it for playing The Sims 3.
In My Games The Sims 3 is not.
