Cannot log into Origin to buy game [ Edited ]

I'm trying to buy The Sims 4 on my laptop but it won't let me sign into Origin to buy it. A window pops up saying " An error occurred. Please Try agin later. [ ref.# InvoiceSource ]

[EDIT] I'm using a MacBook Air
