Oh my god, thank you so much! My family and I have been trying to install Origin for an hour! The game installed easily, but when it came to the launcher, we couldn't figure out what was wrong! I was about to give up and waste thirty dollars!

@GoatGirl64  Uninstall both 2015 runtimes again, run sfc /scannow:

• Hit Windows key-X
• Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
• Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter

Restart your computer, and reinstall both 2015 runtimes.  If you still get an error, please post a screenshot of it.
