Cannot install Origin

I previously had Origin on my PC but ended up uninstalling. I then installed it in order to play BF1.... However, after it downloaded i couldn't open Origin. I therefore uninstalled it but now cannot install it.

Could you tell us what exactly is happening when you're trying to install Origin? Nothing happens? Any error message pops out?

Nothing happens.... no error messages nothing.

I have tried using cc cleaner reseting hosts fixing registry files.... nothing helps.

The origin process appears in the task manager for a few seconds then dissappears. As this happens, there is the blue loading circle next to the cursor that spins... all that happens 

NOTE: I can install older versions of origin but i cannot update them... or even open after installation
