Cannot connect to services after account suspension has ended

Hello, I was suspended for having a "inappropriate" username and the suspension was made for 24 hours effective "immediately" as soon as I got the email. It has been over 25 hours and I am yet to be able to connect to the online services. Am I supposed to wait longer or how does this work?
