Can't update bf5 because of apex legends 'resuming download'

Hello!

So I'm experiencing some problems updating Battlefield 5.

I started having this problem a few weeks ago.

Whenever I open the origin launcher apex legends starts 'resuming update' but that takes forever, I've left it go like that around 8 hours and when I came back nothing changed, I can't pause it or anything (I've also attached a picture of this).

My firewalls aren't blocking origin, I ended up just deleting apex in the files and that worked, it stopped resuming and started re-downloading and I could just pause the download.

Hey @VodAsus if it is getting stuck then you need to ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

• TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
• UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.
