Can't purchase anything on Origin

Hi! So when I want to purchase a game on Origin I press "Buy Now" and at the top of the screen an error pops up saying Whoops!
An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-client/offerEntries?storeId=Store-O... 400 (Bad Request)]

It's the same error when I'm on the Origin App and on the browser. This has been going on for weeks and it's really annoying. Any help is greatly appreciated! (I've cleared my cache and it did nothing)

I've never had a problem purchasing anything on Origin before, but all of a sudden when I try to buy anything it pops up with :

I have no idea why I've tried uninstalling, resetting, using different browsers and still it says the same thing, I would really like this fixed.

This is likely an issue caused by your location.

It may be worthwhile trying Google Public DNS rather than your ISPs default:
