Can’t play fut

I bought a Xbox one second hand with fifa 19 but can’t play fut because it says that I have reached a maximal amount of accounts and I got a club with the Xbox but the user I bought it from has already been using it so could you please delete the club so I can create a new one. Case 48945229

Sorry to say @Ozzy0320 but there is nothing that we can do in relation to this issue. If the console has reached the maximum number of clubs then it is not possible to create any more on it.

What you could do is create a club on another console which would then be accessible on your own console.
