Can’t play apex

So I log into apex just fine and everything works but I can’t play the game itself I can’t join friends ready up I also don’t see my account level on the main menu or my psn I’ve asked support they only gave me one solution and it doesn’t work this is really starting to frustrate me because this is probably my favorite game right now and I can’t even play it
