Did you tried to disable your Network Adapter(s)?
If that don't helps, try to clear the Origin cache.
All settings in Origin (only in Origin not in the games) are back to default settings after this.) (It might be necessary that you go online ones after you did this.)
- close Origin completely. (right click on the Origin symbol in the task bar > close)
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy "%ProgramData%/Origin" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
- Delete all the files and folders in the Origin folder, except for the "LocalContent" folder. (The "LocalContent" folder must remain untouched.)
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy "%AppData%" (without quotes) > hit ENTER
- Now your Windows explorer should have brought you to your "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Roaming" folder
- Delate the "Origin" folder inside the "Roaming" folder
- In the address bar of your Windows explorer click on the word "AppData".
- Open the "Local" folder
- Delate the "Origin" folder inside the "Local" folder
- Restart your PC. > test

Honestly I Hope you sell or lose rights to sims 4 because When i buy a game i should own it on or offline this is a scam. I did not accept these terms and agreements when i purchased the game at walmart. I hope your organization falls to the bottom of hell.

or you could release the rights of the game to people when they buy it like normal Company's? But no that would be crazy. Its not like I payed full price for sims 4 at a store and obtained my right to use the product. Honestly we need to be suing the * out of you for this.

Will you sue Microsoft, Valve, Apple, Adobe etcetera, etcetera also? All this companies also only sell you licenses for their software (games).
Regarding the problem, and as mentioned many times before in this thread, you can play all EA single player games offline.
What is the specific problem you have.

I've logged into Origin almost everyday since Origin first came out. Yesterday I had no internet and when I opened Origin it went to the login screen (Yes I do have remember me checked). I tried logging in with my creds and it basically said I needed to login to online for the first time before I could use offline.
I sat there thinking, "Um... I've logged in hundreds of times..."
Offline mode DOES NOT WORK unless you are already connected to the internet.
Why can't Origin be more like Steam? Why can't it always be logged in? Why do I have to relogin every 4 weeks? Why do I have to be online to use offline mode?
I haven't needed to login or relogin to Steam in over a year because IT ALWAYS LOGS ME IN REGARDLESS, INCLUDING INTERNET CONNECTION!

Offline mode does work for single player games without being online before if you already registered the game before.
As said, I did that many times wile travelling.
If it doesn't work on your machine, disable your network adapter while Origin is closed and try again.
If that still don't helps I would suggest a clean reinstallation of the client. (After the reinstallation you must login online for the first time.)
