This is not a solution, this is only a bypass. The solution must be made from EA team.....
I think this problem is with 2 factor authentication script.
I tried from different ISP (my mobile network) and log in with no problems. May be is ISP issue...

Same here, even if i try to login with a separate origin account the same error message appears. I've already uninstalled and re-installed Origin and I've cleared the cache. I don't know what to do all I want to do is play some apex. Can anyone help me?

I have tried everything. Followed the list, did any extra instructions on the websites if they said it didn’t work. Double checked my stuff, and did all that again for good measure. I am still getting the technical difficulties message, I do not know how to fix it or if I can.

I run some tests with different devices in my home trying to log in in www.ea.com (here have no "Can't login to account, because of technical difficulties." message but problem is the same);
Android 8.1.0 Phone - Chrome browser no problem to log in with local or mobile connection;
Android 4.3.4 Phone - Chrome browser no problem to log in with local connection;
main Windows 10 PC clean install - Chrome, Mozilla or IExplorer problem with local connection; and no problem with mobile connection;
other Windows 10 PC - Chrome problem with local connection;
local network DHCP with fixed IPs (192.168.1.100/120) -> ISP; changing IPs or resetting router have no difference;
