Hi same problem here. Just installed clean Windows 10 and I can login in origin.com or ea.com. I try Chrome, Mozzila, IE and Origin app same "We're sorry, but we're having some technical difficulties. Please try again later.".
This is PC only I have no problems with the phone using Chrome.

I faund some solution: Log in into the Origin app with ID not mail then from options open EA acaunt. Now you are loged in and in the browser in ea.com and origin.com.  And dont log out ..... never

A small tip guys. Most of the time is it the internet router. Just restart it and it should be fixed.

Bro if u want to create new acc on origin just simple create acc on gmail on your pc and just create on orgin with ur mobile once u done gmial creating acc  after that take ur cell phone open google and type origin opo origin on cell u will see in the left bottom of cell there are 2 options one is register 2nd is sign in and go to register adn create acc on ur phone and when u do all thngs on ur cell phone he will ask a code has been sended to ur email and then give him the code and it will be done and after that open that acc from pc origin

@StevieBoy122134 I used my origin ID instead of email and it worked. I tried over and over using email but the ID worked first try.
