Hi, I have been playing under my account for 10 years, my dad set it up for me but he passed away 5 years ago and my mum cannot remember the information. I have logged in with the credentials I always use but this time it has decided it doesn’t want to work. I am unable to reset the password as the email was my fathers. My mother can provide you with any documents you need, I am a loyal and trusted customer and I have spent lots of money on the packs. I can’t lose 10 years worth of gameplay. Please help. I can provide you with the credit cards used to buy the most recent packs. Thank you!

Hey @millybbx sorry to hear about your dad.
If you no longer have access to the email on the account then the best thing to do is take a look at this help article and fill out the account recovery form: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/im-locked-out-of-my-ea-account/
The best thing to do is to gather as much info as possible when submitting your application.
