Can't join any Firestorm games

I can't join any Firestorm games on Battlefield 5, the timer just counts itself out and says matchmaking failed all the time =(

anyone got any ideas?

It sounds like you may be having issues with your connection @Big_Slim_Dogg12. I would suggest taking a look at our Connection troubleshooting steps which you can find here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/

It'll take you a couple of minutes to do them all but please do take the time and do them all.

connection - troubleshooting... ? there is nothing in there to say how to fix the 200+ Ping that everyone is getting in AUS/NZ.
