Can't download my preordered FiFa19

Good morning Guys.

Whenever İ open my origin client, İ find a notification saying that İ can download my preordered fifa 19. But when İ try to do it, a window shows saying that there is an error, no connection, try later.

İ need to play Fifa 19 starting from 25th. İ need to use FUT, that's why İ preordered the ultimate edition..

Please help me solve this issue.
