Theoretically they are active, if not, contact EA_David he is often present in this part of the forum.

What exactly is the nature of the issue? Depending on the issue, different contact options will be available. There also may be a time issue, if you're trying to reach out to a region at a time of day that the contact centre will be closed. 

If you can detail your issue I can hopefully point you in the right direction.

Sorry, to clarify, I wanted to check what you're reaching out to support for, and what choices you're making when you start the process of contacting. You may need to call/schedule a callback, or we may need to change the time/details of the contact.
