Hey needing help to get into my account 

Can't connect to my account it's saying credentials are expired and to change password which I've done 3x and got no were

Hello there @zemanbearpig ,

 

Sometimes when this message is received, it means that there is a possible outage on the EA Login Servers. Sometimes it is also due to inactivity on the players side. If you absolutely can't get into your account, I would check out this Thread from EA Help.

 

If all else fails, and you are still unable to get into your Account, I would contact an EA Advisor as they can help you recover your account.

 

Here's How:

1. Navigate to EA Help.

2. Click Contact Us at the top of the page.

3. Choose Origin as your Product.

4. Choose PC as your Platform.

5. Under 'Topic' select Manage my account.

6. Under 'Issue' select Can't log in.

7. Click the Blue Select Contact Option at the bottom of the page.

8. Choose the Live Chat or a Callback as those are the easiest methods to get in contact with an EA Advisor. Explain your situation and include pictures if they ask.

 

If you are having trouble with the Live Chat or Callback you can try reaching out to the EA Twitter Support Team or the EA Facebook Support Team.

Hey @zemanbearpig if a password reset is not helping then you will need to speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

 

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
