Can't access live chat support

I can not access live chat support. There is not live chat support option as you can see in the attached screenshot.

I tried in various browsers with cleared cache. 

And you can see in the attached screenshot, I tried this one:
Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

So how can I reach Live chat support?

The support options presented are determined by the options you choose during the process, try choosing different options in order to chat.

Please do note that certain issues do need to be handled via specific channels and you may be referred back to phone support, thanks.
