Can't access cloud saves for MEA

★ Novice

Can't access my cloud saves for Mass Effect Andromeda. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling. It just goes to 82% then gives an error.

Hey @SycoJack86 let's start by powercycling your router as in the past this has solved issues for users who were unable to synch their data. All you have to do is power off your router and then unplug it from the wall for a couple of minutes.

It's no harm to also ensure that your firewall and anti-virus are not blocking Origin and that you also have the ports for Origin open.

The ports to open are:

  • TCP: 80; 443; 9960-9969; 1024-1124; 3216; 18000; 18120; 18060; 27900; 28910; 29900
  • UDP: 1024-1124; 18000; 29900

You can also try turning off the routers firewall to see if it helps.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @SycoJack86.

Can you let me know the exact error message that you are seeing as these generally allow us to narrow down the cause of an issue.
