Can't Unblock Anyone

I have been unable to unblock someone for three weeks now. I've talked to EA support multiple times with no solution. I've tried using different computers, routers, and from my phone with mobile networking with no luck. What is going on?

Just dropping in to say ditto, since they marked a "solution" in the last thread about this.

This may be fixed now, I at least got as far as sending a friend request and the button changing state to "Friend Request Sent."  Hopefully it actually went.
