Can't Link Steam Account

I tried to log into my EA account with steam, in order to link the 2 accounts for apex, When I click log in the password refreshes and nothing happen and I have changed my password like 4 times and still cant log in

You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

To  speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or request a call back.
