Can't Buy anything

Hey there.

Origin starts fine and lets me discover everything, but when i try to buy something, this error message comes and nothing happens. Can't even choose card or paypal because this message comes first. My system is 64 bits. Maybe thats why because Origin is 32bits? Let me know asap! Want to play Battlefield.
