Can't Buy Origin Access Premier

I've been trying to buy EA Access Premier and I put my cards information in and everything and go to press "Proceed to Review Order" and the box has a Grey overlay over the orange and I never go the next screen, I waited like 12 hours to see if anything happened and nothing. I tried this on the Windows 10 Origin app and tried to login on Chrome but I can't it wont let me sign in on Chrome so I tried FireFox and Internet explorer and nothing worked there just like the app.
