Can't Buy Founders Pack [Apex Legends]

I'm trying to buy the founders pack, but when I try to buy it it throws me a "Sign in is currently unavailable"

It happens when I try to hit the log in button on the page as well.

I see season 1 adverts on the page so I know the page is up to date. Any idea why this could be happening?

If you are on the Xbox and seeing issues with purchases @MuntedHitman then the best thing to do is take a look at Microsoft's help articles: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/browse/billing

If the issue continues you will need to speak with Xbox support.

I can't purchase it either, I keep getting a "something happened on our end.  Waiting a bit might help." Message in the Xbox store.  Yet I was able to purchase something unrelated to Apex Legends....
