OK, lets try this again, this is my second post ever on this medium, the first one got removed due to spam?! i made 1 post and thats spam? OK, well I've been a paying member of EA's Origin for years and now i'm annoyed.
Since 3 days ago, I've been unable to log into my origin account, i was playing sims 4 and tropico 5, now every time i log in, i go straight to offline mode, i cant log into the origin site either, it tells me sign in is unavailable, i can log into my EA account and i see that my origin is paid yearly, steam and origin are my 2 go to gaming stores, while i understand some people might be spamming. i did not spam once, how do i fix the problem with my origin being unable to sign in and not being able to even get signed into the origin website.
i will be recording this post encase it's marked as "Spam" again. i just want an idea why my account is having problems. i already mentioned in my "spam" post that i created an exception in my windows firewall in case there is a problem there which wouldn't make sense since i manage my network and nothing ever changed on it. I've restarted my system, I've cleared my internet options cache, I've cleared my %temp% folder I've done pretty much everything I've read to fix this.

@LordUmbra Hey, sorry to see that you are running into issues but the good news is that when this issue occurs it can be fixed quite easily and the first thing to try is clearing the Origin cache
You can clear the Origin Cache by following the steps below:
If the issue remains could you please try the following steps which have helped others in the past.
