Can anyone tell me how to reconnect my skate 3 to the ea servers on xbox one?

i tried restarting the console

I tried updating my ea account

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling

I was playing online the other day with no problem. Next day im getting ready to play with some friends and now its telling me the servers are unavailable. Yet my friends are online with no problem so how can the servers be down?
