Can a 2GB RAM Laptop run The Sims 4?

I'm planning to buy The Sims 4 along with its expansion stuff... but i wanna now if my laptop can run it... it has 2GB RAM, 64-bit OS, and Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU N3160 @ 1.60 GHZ... Thanks in advance😊
